EFG is an enterprise that always focuses on the research, development, design and manufacture of precision bearings. The company has adhered to the product development and innovation strategies, and has established EFG Technology Research and Development Center(TR&DC) since its establishment. It has a history of nearly 20 years.

 EFG TR&DC is responsible for the development and verification of various new technologies, new crafts and new products  and there was a great breakthrough  in independent innovation. At present, the company has applied for multiple patent of Domestic Invention and Utility  and new product declarations.

The test center that affiliated with EFG TR&DC mainly provides internal tests  and conducts various tests for customer requirements accordingly,which includes bearing rigidity tests, dynamic torque, fatigue tests, maximum lateral acceleration tests, and variable load lateral force tests , Lateral load test, bending fatigue test, high temperature life test, mud test, grease leakage test, installation reliability test, transportation simulation test, dynamic balance test and other tests.

EFG TR&DC also undertakes product design and craft design. For the development of new products, reverse engineering, finite element analysis, stress analysis and other methods are mainly used. On average, as many as 150 new products are developed per year.
